Coffee roasted and brewed in Sydney using mineral enriched water and single origin coffee beans.
The coffee experiences accelerated cold extraction which produces a sediment free, speciality grade cold brew far superior to immersion brewing. The coffee is brewed fresh and during the canning process is infused with nitrogen creating a delicately sweet, creamy coffee experience. Further the nitro-infusion greatly increases shelf stability without the need for preservatives.

La Soledad is a farm that sits on the slopes of the Hunahpú Volcano in the heart of Antigua. The estate is owned by Ana Lucia Zelaya and her husband Rony Asensio who have four generations of coffee-farming behind them.
